New Email Addresses for the Huntsville Girls Hockey Association
The Huntsville Girls Hockey Association continues to grow!
To better support the HGHA's significant growth, we have implemented changes to improve communication with our parents and players, team staff, partner organizations and governing bodies.
Effective immediately:
- Each of our Directors can now be reached directly via email utilizing our new email addresses.
- The list of emails can be found on the Board Members page. Please discontinue emailing board members at their personal email addresses.
- The general “hgha@hotmail.ca” email address will no longer be used.
- Please note the new help desk email for technical support, RAMP and website inquiries: help.desk@huntsvillegha.ca
- Not sure who to contact? Please email info@huntsvillegha.ca and your inquiry will be directed to the appropriate person.
In addition to the new emails we've made several improvements to the Huntsville Sting website. These updates include:
- Streamlined Menu Choices: Navigating the website is now easier than ever.
- Published Board Meeting Minutes: Stay informed with readily available meeting minutes.
- Updated Information and Requirements for Sting Families: Access the latest information about being part of the Sting organization on the information and requirements pages.
- Resources for Coaches and Team Staff: Simplified registration/certification instructions and readily available team staff resources.
